Taking advantage of the Cloud now can give you that competitive edge. We’ve broken down the huge area of Cloud Computing into the three basic steps – please see the infographic below! But if you can’t see the infographic for any reason we’ve written it here for you as well:

3 Steps to Making Cloud Work for Your Business

1. Email – Most people use a Cloud service for email without even knowing it! Services like Gmail and Hotmail are all Cloud tools. Businesses can easily take advantage of business-class email in the Cloud with tools such as Exchange Online.

2. File Sharing – File sharing is a huge part of business and has always taken place through email. However this use of email will dramatically slow down your servers and make working complicated, with various versions of your documents getting lost in your inbox. Simple Cloud based file sharing tools resolve these problems and make the sharing of files and collaborative working easier. Check out GoogleDrive, OneDrive and SharePoint.

3. Hosted Desktops – A hosted desktop looks and feels exactly like a regular desktop except it’s unrestricted by device. This means that you can access you can access your normal working space from any computer, laptop, tablet and even smart phone.
