Is my data shared?
No - your data is only accessible by you. We do not sell or give access to your data and this is stated under our service contract.
Can I import my existing email lists?
Yes, you can easily import your existing email lists into Eclipse, your lists simply need to be saved in .csv or .txt format which can be created in most spreadsheet and database programs. You can then upload these files through the secure web interface.
What happens when I exceed the number of subscribers set for my account?
We will notify you when your account exceeds the limit and discuss options with you.
Can I use my own HTML template?
Yes, if you have one available, we will import the template into Eclipse.
Will Trisoft create me a template if I need one?
Yes, at a cost of £295 per template.
Can I have more than one template?
Yes - you can save as many templates as you wish. When you create a new email Eclipse will prompt you to choose one template from your list.
Do I get charged for every email I send?
No. Everything is included in your set monthly fee. There is no charge per email sent.
How much does each SMS message sent cost?
The price you pay depends on the volume you buy in each transaction.
