SIE / Back Office Systems Interface
From experience and working with a vast number of organisations in the direct to retail industry, Trisoft has already established operational interfaces to most of the commonly used back office systems throughout the industry.
Where this is not the case however, Trisoft will work closely with your technical team to specify, develop and implement a system interface allowing our mobile sales products to communicate with your existing back office system.
Training
Trisoft will provide a full training session once the systems have been implemented. The training will focus on ensuring your sales representatives and agents are fully conversant with the use of the all systems.
